    Peruvian Pima Cotton

Pima, a sophisticated variety of cotton, is naturally soft, elegant, and light. It is grown in Peruvian coastal valleys and is handpicked following age-old traditions. This results in bright white cotton which can be dyed in any color unlike machine harvesting which results in a rougher cotton with a yellowish tinge.

The equatorial sun, microclimates, and water found in these valleys, makes Pima a unique fiber. Due to its softness and natural shine, it is considered one of the finest fibers in the world. Peruvian pima cotton grows as a small bush and has unusually long, silky fibers. These fibers are much longer than ordinary cotton and are soft, durable, and resist piling. Your will enjoy your garments for years!
